We are located at 1419 Plainfield Naperville Rd. Naperville, IL 60564.

Our salon hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday, by appointment only.

Grooming services are scheduled between the hours of 7:30am to 11:30am and based on your pet’s specific grooming needs, age, size & around your schedule.
Mini Services such as nail trimming, nail filing & toothbrushing are scheduled between the hours of 9am to 3pm. These services only take a few minutes while you wait in our lobby.

We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. If you cannot make it during the week, we would be happy to provide you with some local businesses that offer pick-up and delivery services for your pet’s grooming needs.

To ensure that the pets in our care have a good experience with us, we like to have them between 3.5 to 4 hours. On occasion a pet’s behavior; age; medical needs or specialized coat maintenance could require an adjustment to the time they spend in our care.

Please see our Daycare Policy if you need to leave your pet with us more than 5 hours.

For haircuts and XL breeds, we normally book up approximately 2 to 4 weeks in advance, so please call us today to pre-book your appointment!

If you are unable to get your requested appointment, we would be more than happy to schedule you on another day and add you to our waiting list so we can call you when we have a cancelation! And we are also able to set up recurring appointments for a whole year if that works better for your schedule.

For all NEW and INACTIVE clients:

We require a nonrefundable deposit of 50$ to reserve your pet’s grooming appointment. This deposit will be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within our policy requirements.

We require a nonrefundable deposit equal to the price of the scheduled Mini Service/s to reserve your pet’s appointment. This deposit will be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within our policy requirements.

We accept exact cash, check, all major credit cards, ApplePay and DroidPay.
