Our salon hours are as follows:

• Our grooming services are scheduled by appointment only, based on your pet’s specific grooming needs, age and size. We offer appointments Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 12:30pm.
• Our Mini Services such as nail trimming, nail filing and toothbrushing only take a few minutes. These services are scheduled by appointment only and are offered Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 2:45pm.

We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. If you cannot make it during the week, we would be happy to provide you with some local businesses that offer pick-up and delivery services for your pet’s grooming needs.

To ensure that the pets in our care have a good experience with us, we like to have them between 3.5 to 4 hours. On occasion a pet’s behavior; age; medical needs or specialized coat maintenance could require an adjustment to the time they spend in our care.

Please see our Daycare Policy if you need to leave your pet with us more than 5 hours.

For haircuts and XL breeds, we normally book up approximately 2 to 4 weeks in advance, so please call us today to pre-book your appointment!

If you are unable to get your requested appointment, we would be more than happy to schedule you on another day and add you to our waiting list so we can call you when we have a cancelation!  And we are also able to set up recurring appointments for a whole year if that works better for your schedule.
