If your pet gets skunked, it usually tends to be in the evening when our salon is closed. If you choose to attempt a deskunking to get your nose thru the evening, make sure that you DO NOT get your pet wet first, if you get your pet wet first you will only spread the oils and make it worse. There are several home remedies that you can find online. The key is to apply your desired solution directly to the affected areas, avoiding the eyes.
